ABOUT THE CAMP
SHAPE Training brought in some of the best speed and performance coaches in the country to put together a Youth Speed/Performance camp that will take your athlete to the next level. This camp is the only camp in the city with professional athletes turned coaches backed by the best training facility in Western Pa.
First, we will be offering 4 FREE Evaluation Camps to give you a full comprehensive assessment of your athlete's current capability. Our professional standard tests in Vertical Power, Lateral Agility, Straight Line Speed, and Mobility will give our coaches the information needed to build a program that is engineered to take your athlete over the top!

OUR CAMP FACILITY
Located in the East Liberty neighborhood of Pittsburgh. SHAPE Training was founded and developed by professional athletes and personal trainers.
SHAPE Training offered in-home training and free park bootcamps until late 2014 when we opened our first 3000sq studio location. Since then the brand has grown to full membership, personal coaching and small group training in 12000+ sqft facilities.
